Bella's Easter Dress

I hope it's not to late to blog about my baby Bella's easter dress.. Just a simple & easy little sleeveless dress.It takes only a few hours of cutting & sewing.. total about 1 & a half hour?

This is actually the first dress i'd make for her. Pattern is self-drafted. Simple upper front & back pieces, just by using A4 size papers. Lower skirt is a simple rectangle. No facing. Neck edge & armhole edge are all finished with black bias binding strip. Including the trim embellishment on the waist line seam to make a belt/sash look. Back zipper closure.

My Baby's Brown & Pink Knit Hat

It is so hard to find time for sewing now i have this active little baby.

Being me, I cant stand to not crafting & being creative for long time, I got really bored. My hand will get itch to produce something, anything that i can craft, so I knit..

I just finished this brown & pink Bella's hat.

I got the pattern from Ravelry. Absolutely awesome site for knitter & crochet!! Been there and i like clicking everything into favourite and to do list. I decide to try this one first: click here for the pattern from Looking Glass Knits.  Beautiful pattern. It has a matching cardigan too. 

Believe me, i really wish i can make that pretty flower embellishment too, but sadly i dont have double-pointed needle. I make this in circular needle and pull-tight all stitches up, when it get too tight.

At the end of the photo-shoot, she decide to hate the hat.. oh well...
